The Firm deals with the preparation of innovative legal instruments, such as:

a trust is for "After us" (Trust in Life), especially following the enactment of Italian Law 112 of 22 June 2016, the Firm offers consultancy and assistance in the private sector to the families of the severely disabled who intend to give a secure and certain future to their loved ones, and in the social welfare sector, where associations and co-ops are the trustees;
Trust Onlus, where the aspect of liberality and solidarity stands out and is recognised for the achievement of goals that go beyond the lives of the founders and administrators, beyond the constraint of the assets for the protection of collective interests. This trust is aimed at planning the performance of activities in the following sectors: social and socio-health assistance, health care, charity, education, amateur sports, protection, promotion and enhancement of things of artistic and historical interest, protection and enhancement of nature and the environment, promotion of culture and art, protection of civil rights, scientific research of particular social interest, the exclusive pursuit of social solidarity purposes.
