Contract of loan
Regulatory Ref. art.1803 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code.
It is the agreement by which a party (bailor) delivers to the other (bailee) a movable or immovable asset to be used for a specific time or use with the obligation to return it, without payment of any consideration. It is essentially a free agreement. Only things that are not consumable can be the object of a gratuitous loan for use.
