With this type of contract, a subject, i.e. logistic operator, undertakes towards another subject, for the payment of a price, to carry out the storage, packaging, transportation, handling of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, partial assembly of the same and other related operations, or only some of these services, within the time limits and with the frequency required by the production and distribution cycles.
