Telecomunication services and litigations with telephony operators

The Firms deals with the preparation of trade agreements and agreements relevant to the start-up phase of telephony operators and wireless telecommunication services, as well as assistance for litigations between operators and operators and users in proceedings before the Italian competent authorities CORECOM and AGCOM.

Among our assignments we mention:

• the start-up and development of a satellite technology company with branches in France, Malaysia, Brazil and Mexico, with assistance in setting up the worldwide distribution network;
• the start-up and development of companies operating in the telephony market and wireless telecommunication services in Italy;
• assistance in litigations with telephone operators both before Regional Communications Councils (Corecom) and the Authority (AGCOM) aimed at protection in the event of a suspension of services, illegitimate charges in telephone bills, loss of previous numbers, dispute of illegitimate charges, cancellation of unlawful penalties in the case of number portability, obtaining compensations envisaged by the resolutions of the Communications Authority on the subject.
