Corporate Lease
With this agreement a party grants to another the right to use their company or a branch of it, against payment of a fee. A company pursuant to the Italian Civil Code is defined as “an aggregate of property organised by an enterpriser for the conduct of the enterprise”. The leaseholder of the company will have to manage it without changing its name and maintaining its efficiency. The lease of business or business concern is set up only when the company sold is equipped with functional and organisational autonomy. It is mandatory for this agreement to be in writing, under penalty of being declared null and void.
