The Firm deals with:

• Litigation in the field of subordinated and quasi-subordinate employment relationships, in and out-of-court social security rights, employment and agency contracts, employment law procedure litigations;
• Assistance on the subject of safety at the workplace (Italian Consolidated Text 81/08), with preparation and review of the relevant agreements and assistance for the delegation of functions and appointment of Safety Officers
• Assistance to companies for the preparation of mandatory data protection documents, such as: tasks, information, consent for the processing of data, corporate policy, internal appointments, Security Policy Document, self-certifications, etc.;
• Preparation of the mandatory documentation for Video surveillance and Data Protection (notification to Regional Employment Offices, union agreements, preparation of the information and tasks);
• Advice on data protection and employment, as well as problems relevant to the use of corporate IT instruments by employees
