Business procurement

Business procurement

It is an agreement by which one party, the principal, gives another party, the sales agent, the task of identifying and reporting business and commercial opportunities, without continuity and stability and, usually, without specific territorial boundaries. The agent does not have exclusivity restrictions and, therefore, can work for one or more companies, occasionally or continuously. The sales agent is one of the most widespread commercial figures, because the same allows the enterpriser to incur lower costs compared to the recruitment of a normal commercial agent.
