Among our most successful operations we highlight:

• consultancy during bankruptcy proceedings for a footwear company, settlement of shareholder problems through a settlement with creditors following bankruptcy and assistance for the reacquisition of the company;
• assistance to a large Italian company operating in the field of confectionery distribution for the preparation of a corporate recovery plan, ex art. 67, lett. (d) of the Italian Bankruptcy Act;
• assistance to a City Transformation Company for the preparation of a debt restructuring plan, ex art. 182-bis of the Italian Bankruptcy Act;
• assistance during the company crisis phase preparing the application for a settlement with creditors until the company once again becomes in bonis;
• assistance for a group that owns a chain of retail stores in the organised large-scale distribution industry for the preparation of a debt restructuring plan pursuant to art. 182-bis of the Italian Bankruptcy Act, through the disposal of a part of the corporate assets;
• assistance for the preparation of a debt restructuring plan for a company providing hardware-software assistance and sale of IT equipment with the execution of an out-of-court settlement with creditors aimed at settling the corporate debt situation;
